For this reason, we have established a state-of-the-art in-house toolmaking center and source high-quality steel and standard parts from Europe to manufacture prototype and production tools precisely according to your product specifications and specific manufacturing requirements. Additionally, we utilize our own MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to monitor, control, and optimize the production process in real-time, further enhancing our operational efficiency.

INJECTION MOLDING
In our state-of-the-art facility, we operate a 2,000 m² ISO 7/8 cleanroom equipped with pure Arburg injection molding machines (100 to 230 tons clamping force). This cleanroom supports the production of highly sensitive components and serves for system integration testing. We also offer FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and tool validation tests, as well as contract manufacturing services.
Our Arburg machines, renowned for their reliability and precision, meet the highest standards. To enhance cost efficiency and sustainability, we utilize a central water management system, a central conveyor system, and Arburg ALS (Arburg Leitrechner-System). Additionally, we employ a comprehensive range of auxiliary equipment to produce a variety of products from different materials. This setup improves our production capabilities and enables us to meet the most demanding specifications and tight tolerances.
