In collaboration with our partners Sailor and JSW from Japan, as well as Yizumi from China, Jestar showcased two high-quality injection molds, both utilizing Ewikon's high-performance hot runner systems: a 36-cavity mold for pipette tips and a 64-cavity mold for screw tubes.
The IPF (International Plastic Fair) Japan 2023, one of the leading international trade fairs for the plastics and rubber industry, was held from October 24 to 28, 2023 in Japan and showcased the latest technologies and products in the fields.

With Yizumi: 64-cavity mold for screw tubes
Jestar's molds, equipped with Ewikon's hot runner systems, performed exceptionally well throughout the entire exhibition and were among the absolute highlights of the entire trade fair. Mr. Henk-Jan Pomstra, Managing Director of our hot runner system partner Ewikon Asia, specifically praised the impressive performance of Jestar's molds.

With Jestar's highly efficient and precise tool, Sailor demonstrated to visitors from around the world how efficiency and precision can be successfully implemented in manufacturing processes within the diagnostics and medical sectors.
